The tranquil atmosphere of the area, and the dedication of the faculty and staff of the campus, was the engine which gave impetus to the phenomenal growth in the academic offerings to the students. In just a matter of 19 years, the Campus is offering 17 undergraduate and 23 graduate programs under 11 departments. The students' strength has increased from 121 to approximately 6000, which is a multi-fold increase. A commendable performance and growth by any standard. Our faculty of 615 highly qualified and dedicated teachers which including more than 224 PhD Faculty members.

Admission to CUI is highly competitive, but those who come here will enjoy the benefits of excellent resources and teaching, and a lively and bustling student life. Admissions at CUI are done strictly on merit, on the basis of previous academic record of the applicant and his/her performance in the entrance test. This test is conducted by an independent agency called National Testing Service (NTS).
