Societies at COMSATS University, Abbottabad Campus

Overview

We at COMSATS University, Abbottabad Campus have a very strong belief that the extra curricular activities bring responsibility, character and maturity to the participating students and promote a healthy environment as well as knowledge, high moral values and positive attitudes.

Clubs and societies are very important for the creative activities on campus. A number of clubs and societies are active at the Abbottabad campus. These societies are involved in literary, dramatic, scientific, software and photography related activities. The societies regularly organize painting/sketching competitions, debates, bait-bazi, quiz competitions, Naat and Qirat competitions, photography competition and scientific gatherings. Sports clubs are the platform for promotion of healthy activities among students.

The Abbottabad campus has of grounds that are designed and maintained for various sports activities like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis and athletics. Presently the following clubs and societies are actively working:
