Project Description

          The rural areas of Pakistan need electricity for home usage.  We are designing the standalone system of 1KVAwhose efficiency will be more than 85percent. This design include a 30-70volts variableDCinput from 1kilowatts panels which will be the output of buck converter/charge controller that will step down the dc voltage upto 14.5 volts to charge the battery of 12Vand also become the input of boost converter.Boost converter step-up the dc input from 14.5Vto 350Vthat will be the input of an Inverter which will convert this DCinput to 220V AC.

           Instead of using the transformer, the battery voltage is step up using DC Converter to DC Link voltage results in high efficiency of the system.We have designed the charge controller according to the requirementsand H- Bridge inverter is also design with low pass filter. The system will provide power to the domestic user, who are still not connected to the national Grid.
