The members of this group will focus on the broader area of livelihood and food security including social, economic, physical, human and cultural capitals of the society. The objective of the research group is to explore the various aspects of livelihoods and food security for potential future projects and also to work towards producing quality research work by utilizing the expertise of group members as well as the students of graduate program will be directed to work towards achieving the objectives of the group. The focus of the group will be on rural and urban livelihoods as well as the food security at household and regional level.
