Project Description

The project is funded by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. The Dr. Shehla Amjad was PI and Dr. Syed Afzal Moshadi Shah was the Co-Pi of the project. The project was accepted from 1.63 Million. The project was completed on 12/12/2017. 

The overall object of the research is to investigate the potential areas of e-learning implementation starting with banking sector of Pakistan and extending to other relevant areas/ sectors.

i)        To short list the potential areas within banking sector where e-learning can be implemented.

ii)      To investigate the individuals’ learning styles and other cultural influences that affect their behavioral intention to use e-learning

iii)    To investigate the individuals’ attitude towards technology acceptance and the introduction of e-learning.

To put forward relevant guidelines and suggestions for policy maker to develop sound policies, for implementers to effectively implement e-learning solutions and for students and learner to broaden their theoretical base.
