Mr. Assad Rafaq holds MS Degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from University of Bradford School of Management United Kingdom 2007-08. He also holds Bachelor Degree in Information Technology (BIT) from COMSATS Abbottabad in year 2006.

Mr. Assad Rafaq is working as Lecturer at COMSATS Abbottabad since September 2010. He is currently performing his duties as Departmental Operating Officer of Management Sciences. 

He taught various courses to Undergraduate and Graduate Programs including Stock Market efficiency, Financial Institutions, Corporate Governance and Accounting. In addition to his teaching responsibilities he is also providing his valuable assistance as Project Coordinator in establishing Abbottabad Business School (ABS).He is Incharge COMSATS Literary Society and involved in arranging national level events. He is member of Campus Non-Academic Committee. Arranged various seminars and conferences inviting guests and speaker from across the country. He has worked as Convener Management Concept and Cases (MCC), a seminar series. Besides this, he also worked as Secretary Coordination in "5th South Asian International Conference on Management, Innovation, Leadership, Economics and Strategy" . 

Mr. Assad Rafaq has a strong background in managing businesses electronically and has developed and implemented electronic business solutions for a UK based company (Pamma Enterprize ltd.) as Assistant Manager Operations E-Biusiness.
