•Development of novel, comparatively more potent auxiliary agents, such as Thiomers, phosphorylatedpolymers, enzyme inhibitor conjugates displaying permeation enhancing, mucoadhesive , efflux pump inhibitory and enzyme inhibitory properties.
•Development of oral, nasal, buccal, ocular and vaginal dosage forms for therapeutic agents such as therapeutic peptides, oligo- and polysaccharide drugs, drugs being substrates of efflux pumps and therapeutic nucleic acids.
